Join me for a series of Quantum Healing 168 groups, designed to help you navigate the holiday season with grace and ease.
Through the power of quantum healing, you'll receive 168 hours of focused healing energy, through the group activations, and self-care to address specific holiday stressors.
Here's what we'll be focusing on:
- December 1-7: Managing Stressors through the Holidays Learn to navigate the emotional pressures of the holiday season with ease.
- December 8-14: Navigating Family Dynamics Heal past hurts and create harmonious relationships with family members.
- December 15-21: Finding Comfort in Loss Process grief and finding peace during the holiday season.
- December 29-January 4: Managing Excesses Break free from unhealthy habits and embrace a healthier lifestyle.
- January 5-11: Managing Emotional Ups and Downs: Finding Peace in Chaos "Let's start the new year by focusing on what we can control: our thoughts and actions."

How does it work?
Payment Confirmation:
- Once payment is confirmed of just $68.00 you’ll receive an email with an invite to a private Facebook group where daily group activations will be posted. If you don’t use Facebook, we can email the activations daily, and you will experience the same healing benefits.
Personal Intentions:
- You can post three personal intentions for the week in the Facebook group.
- The more specific and focused your intentions, the greater the change you will see during the week. How to set an intention is included in the group.
- Every morning, your personal intentions will be activated through Divine intention and your desire for transformation.
- There will also be a collective group theme activation for healing.
- The first group activation starts on Sunday, with the final activation on the following Saturday.
- Healing activations will begin daily around 8 am EST and usually run for about 8 hours.
- I’ll post the daily activation in the Facebook group - simply read it and respond if there’s a prompt. That’s all you need to do!
- At the end of each activation, I’ll post a completion notice and begin a Golden Liquid Light activation, a calming reset to bring peace to your mind, body, and spirit.
Group Gathering:
- Included is a 1-hour live session in the private Facebook group for questions and additional support. Also some additional group healing can be demonstrated based on the week's theme.
